Once you successfully place your order and have it paid for, your order shall be shipped within 1-4 days and we shall give you a tracking number via email or SMS immediately after shipping your order. You shall use this tracking number to track your package from time of shipment till when it arrives your address.
To modify an order, simply contact our support with your order number and state the item and or quantity you wish to modify and it shall be included in your order if the formally placed order has not yet been shipped. Incase you wish to modify your order when it has already been shipped, you will only have to place a new order.
In order to cancel an order, contact support alongside your order number and state that you would like to cancel your order. if you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours after placing the order, we wouldnt be able to have it cancelled because after 24 hours the order must have alreafy been registered and sent for shipping, so make sure you cancel your order within 24 hours afteer placing the order.
After an order is successfully placed, it takes maximum 4 days and it will be shipped out, expected to arrive your address within 2 to 7 days maximum. If after 10 days maximum you haven’t recieved your order, please check your tracking information or contact our support to help you out with the process.
